In case the number of passengers to the folowing trip do not reach the required amount, the trip can be canceled up to 48 hours before the departure date. The minimum capacity for bus trips is 45 passengers.

Payments made by card are delivered to the travel agency directly, so it is necessary to contact them for any refund. The agency data will be provided to any user who requires it by WhatsApp or email.

The cancellation of one-day trips in which the reservation of an additional transport to the bus is not required, if it occurs 3 days (72 hours) before the provision of our services, there will be a surcharge of 50% of the total amount of the excursion. In the event that the time is less than specified, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Any user has the possibility of finding a substitute who participates in the trip in their place, prior notice by email up to 12 hours before the provision of our services to info@sharingalicia.org. The change of participant name will have no cost.
